Hang gliding
A hang glider is a rigid wing on an aluminium frame. You lie in a harness below it and steer by moving your weight against a control bar. Hang gliders fly faster than paragliders and handle stronger winds. They're launched on foot from a hill or by tow, and carried on a car roof.
