Overview
How flying works here
Visiting pilots
- Foreign pilots need official approval to take part in air sports in China, arranged through the national or a provincial aero sports association.
- Applications include the pilot's licence and site and airspace approvals, supplied with the inviting organisation's endorsement.
A short summary, not legal advice. Rules change, so check the current requirements with the national body of the country you're visiting. Summary checked 16 Oct 2026.
